Solutions:

1. Locate the Administration block. (NOTE: If the block is not in the front page of the course/site, remember to check the margin tabs to see if the block is docked)
2. Click the link My profile settings to open the menu and click “Edit profile”.
3. Determine Profile preferences.
4. Scroll the page down, and click “Update profile” to save preferences.
