Browser Troubleshooting

Solution:

Internet Explorer

• Directly use the Key – Ctrl + H
• Open the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser
• Click Tools IE Tools Icon in the upper right-hand corner.
• Select Internet Options from the drop-down menu.
• On the General tab, in the Browsing history section, click the Settings button
• On the Temporary Internet Files tab, click the View Files button

Google Chrome

• Open the chrome Browser
• Press Ctrl + shift + Del to open the clear browsing data window
• Click on clear browsing data button

Mozilla Firefox

• Click on “Menu” on the right top corner
• Click on “Option”
• click on “Privacy”
• Click on “Clear your recent / browser history”
