Purpose

• This document is to provide step by step instructions for faculty and staff to install BOMGAR remote support representative.

Scope

• This guide is designed to help you install the Bomgar representative console onto your computer and understand the features of the solution. Bomgar enables you to support your customers remotely by connecting to them through the Bomgar Appliance.

Install Bomgar Representative Console

• Login Bomgar https://support.waynecc.edu/login/login & login with the same credentials as for Wayne Community College Email and Password.

• Under Bomgar Representative Console select Download Representative Console. The download will appear below to the left.

• Select Run

• The Bomgar Representative Console Setup dialog box will appear. Follow the instructions to install.

• Check Run Bomgar Representative Console Now & Run at Startup. Then Finish
